Born and raised in New Jersey, Lauren has endured a number of trials and tribulations which have shaped her into the person she is today. She found refuge through fitness and is now using it to help others.

From growing up in a dysfunctional family, to dealing with her parents' messy divorce, to enduring an abusive relationship and then spiraling into an eating disorder, paired with almost losing multiple loved ones to addiction... there have been endless battles that have molded her into the woman she is today. 

But for Lauren, there were two things that got her through the dark times... the Lord and the gym. Working out and boxing became her therapy...it was her 'me time', her place to let it all go, which lead her to her true calling. And after a decade of working in fast-paced career in PR, she realized that it was the gym that held her passion, not the work being done behind a computer, and thus she left her job to help change the lives of others looking to better themselves inside and out.

Now, she uses her own life experiences to inspire, motivate and encourage her clients to be the best version of themselves.
